昌河转投北汽怀抱 长安集团保全合肥基地

运营昌河汽车多年未果的长安汽车(微博)集团不得不做出割舍。在放弃合肥基地的条件下，昌河汽车谋得独立，并迅速转投北京汽车集团怀抱。11月25日，北汽集团重组江西昌河汽车签约仪式在南昌举行。北汽集团以8000万元取得昌河汽车70%股权，江西国控将持有剩余的30%股份。借此重组计划的东风，今年北汽有望成为中国第四大汽车集团。公开消息显示，北汽集团将斥资130亿元以上重造昌河汽车。根据北汽集团和江西国控的计划，2014~2017年，北汽集团将与江西国控共同投资130亿元人民币，将新昌河汽车打造成具有50万辆整车、30万台动力总成产能的生产基地。对景德镇、九江生产基地进行技术升级改造，并将新建自主品牌、合资品牌整车基地一期；新建零部件物流基地一期。昌河汽车的目标为销售收入500亿元。2018年~2020年，上述两大股东将加大投资规模，将昌河打造成具有100万辆整车，60万台动力总成产能。新建自主品牌、合资品牌整车基地与新建自主品牌、合资品牌整车基地将扩建至二期。按照北汽与江西国控的计划，昌河将实现全产业链销售收入1000亿元。北汽集团将为产品后续无力的昌河汽车输血，北汽计划导入B级、A级、A0级、SUV、MPV产品在昌河汽车生产，平台涵盖C70、C60、C50、C30及其平台衍生品，并将昌河现有产品全面升级，帮助昌河汽车开发MPV化和CDV化的高端微车平台。此外，北汽还将深化与铃木的合资合作，一方面争取导入未量产或未在中国投产的平台资源，另一方面在已国产的优秀车型同平台开发方面进行拓展。重组之前，昌河汽车拥有景德镇、九江两个整车工厂和九江发动机工厂，具备年产30万辆整车和15万台汽车发动机的生产能力。2009年，昌河汽车与哈飞汽车(微博)一起，被母公司中航工业划归给长安汽车，成为长安集团麾下的两大子公司，但长安集团入主并未给昌河汽车注入生机。2011年，昌河汽车销量大幅下挫至12万辆，跌幅达到33.3%。2012年，昌河汽车的销量再次下跌。造成昌河产销量持续下跌的主要原因是产品线过短。除了微车之外，昌河只有昌河铃木旗下有派喜、利亚纳两款乘用车型，售价均在10万元以下。长安集团近年新车不断，且主要价格区间依旧是10万元以下。双方产品所处的市场区间过于重叠导致长安集团舍卒保车，不愿意为昌河汽车提供车型支持。据上述人士介绍，随后，昌河汽车员工进行了停工以示对长安集团的抗议。复工之后，昌河汽车拒绝接受长安集团的指令，采取了不合作的态度，长安集团对此一筹莫展。随后，江西省政府出面与长安集团沟通，就昌河汽车独立发展达成一致意见。知情人士透露，昌河汽车将位于合肥的生产基地出让给长安作为条件实现独立，北汽重组的昌河汽车拥有两大基地，分别位于景德镇和九江。北汽集团的介入打破僵局。北汽目前是国内第五大汽车企业，徐和谊（点击查看最新人物消息） 近年来大开大合，建设了东部镇江、西部重庆、南部广州、北部河北、中部株洲的五大基地并且完善了北汽的产品线，此前，北汽在自主品牌方面基本处于空白状态，徐和谊接手北汽集团的数年间，北汽已经完成了在商用车、乘用车和微车领域的战略布局，呈现出风生水起的新景象。北汽本次重组昌河将为昌河汽车重生带来新机遇。本次重组计划为中国汽车带来的最为巨大的变化为：今年上半年，北汽集团与去年产销量排名第五的长安集团的产销量差距为1万辆左右，而重组昌河之后，北汽集团目前的产销量已经超越长安汽车。今年，北汽集团有望进入中国前四大汽车集团行列，中国汽车产业大企业格局将改变。 公共布局 ----------------------------------------------- */ body,div,dl,dt,dd,table,tr,th,td,form{ margin:0;
