长安汽车合并长安PSA：DS两年内要扭亏为盈

长安PSA工厂和设备进入最后的检测阶段，下个月将举行工厂竣工和产品下线仪式。所在地深圳观澜镇已经开始装扮长安PSA工厂周边环境，动用多个部门清扫数条街道的卫生、修剪绿化，甚至重刷了老旧街道的外墙。按照长安PSA的规划，三年建设期已经完成，第一款国产车DS5在9月中旬的下线意味着这家投资84亿元的车企进入量产阶段。不过，留给长安PSA的时间仍然很紧。因为长安汽车将在今年的第四季度合并长安PSA，作为上市公司的长安汽车要求长安PSA在两年内盈利，时间节点为2015年。“新品推出一年后就要盈利，对于任何一家汽车公司都压力巨大。”接近长安PSA的人士说。长安PSA抢先上马的是小众品牌DS系。法方的逻辑似乎在主导这一家新的汽车公司，PSA集团总裁菲利普瓦兰在三年前双方签约时宣称，长安PSA要在2015年占据中国市场的3%。这被外界早前认为是不可能完成的任务。但长安PSA还是决定硬着头皮大干一把。据消息人士透露，为了向消费者传递法国文化，长安PSA在第一款车DS5推出时，将邀请法国影视巨星苏菲玛索代言。规模决定盈利时间按照协议，长安汽车将在今年第四季度正式合并长安PSA。今年年初，长安汽车竞购长安PSA 50%股权获股东大会高票通过，并将出资20亿元人民币。在合并谈判中，长安汽车不得不面对长安PSA可能拖累长安汽车业绩的事实。据知情人士透露：“当时双方对合资企业未来三年的盈利预测谈了很久，才最终确定了一个折中方案。”长安汽车和大股东中国长安约定，收购当年和次年利润要保底，保底前提下亏损要求中国长安锁定，“如果超过这个亏损是要兜底的，2013年长安PSA对于长安汽车的影响是亏1.25亿，2014年划定为1.75亿。”长安汽车更加看重长安PSA能为业绩带来什么影响。收购时双方约定，长安PSA必须在2015年盈利。这个时间节点对于合资公司长安PSA压力颇大。一般汽车企业会测算出一个销售规模盈亏平衡点，即达到多少销量就开始盈利，盈利能力不同门槛也不同。以长安汽车为例，今年上半年自主轿车产销实现19.2万辆，不过全年盈利仍然难以实现。有人认为要在第一款产品推出后的第二年就盈利，几乎可以看做继瓦兰目标后，长安PSA第二个不可能实现的目标。“业界对这个目标非常质疑，我们也很担心。”长安汽车内部人士说。代表长安汽车高层的观点是，“长安PSA下半年会投放第一款国产车，这款车大家可能也相信它的造型方面非常优越，国产之后售价会降低，不过也并非有这两个因素就会卖得好。”事实上，长安PSA的技术、产品、工艺提供方法国PSA集团本身的盈利能力就饱受质疑，从最近三年的数据看，其销量锐减的同时，利润更在加速度减少。2010年其销量为360.22万辆，利润尚有11.3亿欧元，不过2011年销量只减少了不到7万辆，利润却几乎减少了一半， 2012年销量减少60万辆，亏损50.1亿欧元。PSA和所有大众化汽车品牌一样，是一家需要保持规模来获得利润的汽车公司。瓦兰对形势很清楚，要求长安PSA尽快上量上规模，为此不惜巨额前期投入。中国消费者能否接受DS品牌的车，还有待市场观察。 reset ----------------------------------------------- */ body,div,dl,dt,dd,table,tr,th,td,form,p,ul,ol,li{ margin:0;
